- All products contain borax, so caution is advised for those with sensitive skin. Decide on usage based on personal health considerations.

- All YyoungSlime Products are not edible.

- The texture may vary depending on the temperature upon receipt. We all live in different climate conditions. Our products are crafted for 23-24°C in summer and 19-20°C in winter. Each product has different usage instructions, so please refer to the product description to find the optimal texture.

 

Payment

Once payment is completed, cancellations are not possible. If you encounter any issues, please send a message within 1 hour of payment.

 

Shipping & Refund

- Our site ships EMS.

- Please check your country's tax policies before ordering, as customs duties and taxes may apply based on the order amount, which customers are responsible for paying. Taxes cannot be provided by us.

- All orders are photographed. We strive to quickly resolve any missing items or incorrect shipments.

- In case of product damage during shipping, we will issue a refund. Please send photos via Instagram DM or email (including the outer packaging with the tracking number and the inside of the box).

- We ship packages daily, so orders are packed immediately and cancellations are difficult. Please keep this in mind before making a purchase.

- All slimes are handmade, and refunds are not possible for simple change of mind.
